These terms apply to your use of webuildinweeks.com and, at a high level, to how we work with clients. Individual projects are governed by the written agreement we sign for that engagement; where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement wins.

Services

WeBuildInWeeks provides custom software development: we design, build, and deliver software tailored to your business. We work in fixed-fee engagements — a defined scope, a defined price, and a defined delivery window, agreed before work begins.

Estimates & payment

Estimates you receive through this site are preliminary. A quote becomes fixed only after we complete scoping together and both sides agree on what will be built. Once fixed, the price does not change unless the scope does. Payment terms — deposit, milestones, and final payment — are agreed per engagement and set out in writing before the project starts.

Intellectual property

You own what you pay for. On receipt of final payment, full ownership of the delivered source code transfers to you, the client. We may reuse general knowledge, techniques, and tooling that are not specific to your project, but the code we deliver for your engagement is yours.

Warranties & disclaimer

We stand behind the scope we agree to: delivered work is warranted to function as described in the engagement agreement. Beyond that agreed scope, the website and our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability of this site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeBuildInWeeks is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or lost data — arising from your use of this site or our services. For any claim connected to an engagement, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these terms will be handled in the courts located in Florida.
