From Renting Software to AI-Powered Builder

Hi, I'm Sam.

WeBuildInWeeks is me: an independent builder, not an agency with a bench. This started with my own software bill. I kept paying monthly for tools that were almost right — a booking tool that couldn't handle my schedule, dashboards that never showed the one number I cared about, subscriptions I kept because canceling felt harder than paying.

At some point I did the math on what those almost-right tools cost over a few years and realized I could build the exact-right version for less. Modern AI tooling made that practical: one careful builder can now ship what used to need a whole team, with me directing the architecture and the AI handling the heavy lifting.

I didn't just theorize about this. I built TryCalSync, a live calendar-sync SaaS that keeps multiple calendars in step so busy people don't get double-booked. I built PestPilot, a field-service product demo covering scheduling, dispatch, and invoicing for pest-control crews. I built AEO Tracker, and I released OpenClaw, an open-source, self-hosted AI assistant anyone can read, run, and own.

These aren't side projects. I build and run my own products, which means I live with my own code long after launch day — the best quality control I know of. The details, screenshots, and stack notes are on the work page.
